Here at Andalucia Spanish Homes we feel it is important that you know exactly what you are paying for, both in terms of buying costs and commission.
We donīt work with other agents, so donīt have to make any allowance for them to be paid therefore our prices are normally cheaper. If we do share a customer with anyone the price remains the same and you are covered with our price protection
Buying Costs
With regards to the buying costs of a property this varies from house to house and a general figure of 10% should be set aside to cover this. On cheaper properties this percentage can be higher mainly due to lawyers for example having a fixed fee for their work. Commission
We work the same as the Spanish Agents whereby we make a charge of 2% on top of the advertised price this covers our commission. There is a minimum fee of 2,000 Euros.
The vendor will also be paying us a small commission and this varies from house to house. We will be happy to tell you exactly what this amount is once we have agreed a price with the vendor. Remember you are still fully protected from paying too much with our price protection
